We are Eco-Lighthouse certified

The Norwegian Acoustics Centre has made a conscious decision to assume climate and environmental responsibility through Eco-lighthouse certification.

This Norwegian public certificate, supported and recommended by the Ministry of the Environment, represents a commitment that is not only proof of our environmental efforts, but is also recognised by the authorities in public procurement and tender competitions.

Eco-Lighthouse provides us with a concrete framework as an environmental management system, where we have actively set environmental goals and fulfil carefully defined requirements within health, environment, safety, working environment, energy, waste, transport and aesthetics. Through a thorough environmental analysis, we have now achieved Eco-Lighthouse certification, which emphasises our commitment to sustainable principles.

Recognised in Europe

We are proud to share that our efforts are not only nationally recognised, but also internationally. Eco-Lighthouse, also known as Eco-Lighthouse, is the first national scheme in Europe to be recognised by the EU. Our certification also gives us the opportunity to present our Eco-Lighthouse certificate as documentation in situations where compliance with EMAS or other environmental management systems is required. This is an important step towards a greener and more sustainable future, and we look forward to continuing our journey towards ever more environmentally friendly operations.
