Installation guide for system ceiling profiles

System T15 and T24

Vegglist: The wall moulding is installed at the desired height on the wall using either disc head screws or HPS/concrete anchors. The distance between screws/HPS should not exceed 300 mm. The use of a rotating laser is recommended for levelling the wall moulding. All fasteners are supplied by the ceiling installer.

Suspension:
The main profiles are hung from the ceiling in adjustable pendants with a distance of 1200mm. The first pendulum should not be more than 400 mm from the wall. We recommend the use of so-called 7Hook or other approved fixings in concrete, in wooden joists, patent tape and wood screws are recommended.

Main profile:
The main profiles are divided into the desired module and placed on top of the wall moulding at a distance of 1200 mm. Assume that the profiles are to be centred in the room, with equal distance to the walls. Use a rotating laser to align the height of the profiles.

Cross profile1200mm:
Install cross profile 1200 between the main profiles at 600 mm centres. Remember to centre the profiles in relation to the size of the room.

Cross profile 600mm:
Cross profile 600 is installed between cross profile 1200, and as a customisation against walls.

Installation of luminaires and similar
Light fittings and similar must not be mounted directly in the ceiling panels. The load must be evenly distributed to the support system using pressure distribution plates or additional suspension.

System LAY IN E-edge module 600 x 600:
T15 is recommended but T24 can be used.

Wall moulding: The wall strip is installed at the desired height + 5mm, with either disc head screws or HPS/concrete anchors. The distance between screws/HPS should not exceed 300mm. The use of a rotating laser is recommended for levelling the wall moulding. All fasteners are supplied by the ceiling installer. System CLIP IN

Vegglist: The wall strip is supplied in the same colour as the metal sheet. The wall strip is installed at the desired height on the wall using either disc head screws or HPS/concrete anchors. The distance between screws/HPS should not exceed 300 mm. The use of a rotating laser is recommended for levelling the wall moulding. All fasteners are supplied by the ceiling installer.

Clip In support rails 3600 mm
The main profiles are divided into the desired module and placed on top of the wall moulding at a distance of 600 mm. Assume that the profiles are to be centred in the room, with equal distance to the walls. Use a rotating laser to align the height of the profiles.

The metal plates
The metal plates are cut and installed in the panels along the wall, and the punching in the wall moulding is tilted out to hold the plate in place. The rest of the panels are then installed. It is recommended to add 5-10% of the whole panels to stabilise the main profiles, using white cotton gloves to prevent finger marks on the panels.
